I flew from Nha trang to Saigon with Vietjet. The flight was delayed for four hours. There was no announcement or email of this, we found it out by checking the website online ourselves- no staff around to ask why. When checking in I was asked by the girl at the desk if there was anything valuable in my bagel , I hesitated but then said no, however my bag came off the luggage carousel with many of the zips wide open and pulled out as if they'd been searched, thankfully nothing was taken. Will not be flying with this airline again.
