Ethiopian Airways review by Ciara 2015-10-06

Dreadful customer service - dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. Traveling from LAX to Dublin has been a horrendous experience and we flew business class. Reps are rude, very bad English and their system is highly antiquated. If you have to contact the service center you end up calling Ethiopia. If you book business class you end up being surrounded by Ethiopian Airlines staff who take up all the empty seats while you pay big $$$ for your seat? Shocking that an airline is allowed to have such bad service in this day and age.
