Vietnam Airlines review by P 2015-04-25

Don't bother with this airline if you fly business. flew Gatwick Hanoi on business and the cabin is very old, not lie flat and entertainment system wasn't working on the way in, on the way back they provided an ipad but the choice was poor. food and onboard service are okay, but nothing more, and not really worth the ticket price. worst of all is customer service after flight. the luggage was damaged during the flight or transit, but they don't want to take any responsiblity for it, even when shown the damage right after landing. been told to contact customer service, but all emails and calls went unanswered. booked another business class trip to Hanoi for next month, with another airline of course, not much more expensive, but at least I know it will be comfort (A 380) and where customer services actually mean something.
