Economy Class

Just the worst possible airline experience. Their own site crashes before you can complete a web check in. It takes almost 5 minutes for each stage to load you think there's something wrong with your machine or connection but it's their deplorable systems. No way to complete check in online. Wait almost an hour for almost non existent customer service. Wait 118 minutes for a livechat?! It would be funny if it wasn't so annoying. Don't get me started on the baggage costs - they charge for each leg of the journey - one can be $45!!!! RIDICULOUS. BE WARNED! EDITORS COMMENT: Were you by any chance booking during one of their big sales? Their website crashes every time they have a sale. With regards tot he baggage charges this is more than fare as they are a low cost carrier so the fares are bundled - anything extra you want you need to pay for on each individual leg. This is why the ticket is so much cheaper than the competition.
