Economy Class

I made a booking direct on the internet. I received a message telling me my ticket and receipt would follow. Not so!. Rang the Australia customer number. three separate times, three times told it was sent. Even gave them an alternative email address! Three emails to customer support. Stock standard machine generated email. "looking into it" Ring th USA. (I don't think so - not on a mobile phone from Australia). No result. Absolute disgrace. I am still waiting for my e-tickets.
