Etihad Airways review by Patricia 2016-03-29

I've read some of the terrible reviews below but I'm actually writing a good review. My parents recently flew from Manchester to Brisbane via Abu Dhabi and returned six weeks later. The trip over was upset by the fact that my mum has food intolerances and the booking agent hadn't requested a bland meal so she couldn't eat much. On the return trip I made sure a bland meal was requested. Anyway the feedback was that they were marvelous, Mum and dad said that both ground staff and flight staff were wonderful and one particular crew member, Ishan Baloria should be pointed out in particular for going above and beyond to help them. They were treated really well for the whole trip and insisted that I write a GOOD review of their experience. Thank you Ethiad.
