Flying from Edinburgh, Scotland to Atlanta. For some reason the person in Edinburgh said that they were not able to issue us a boarding pass in Edinburgh and that we would have to go to the terminal in Paris to get our boarding pass for Air France. The DeGaul Airport is NOT one of our favorites because getting around is so difficult but we managed to get to the terminal and when we got there we found one woman was being served by three counter service people. I use the word Service here VERY loosely, because we were getting close to flight time, and I tried to point out to ONE of the three that we might miss our flight, and she said in very harsh tones - YOU WAIT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!! Well, we were the only other ones in the room and it seemed kind of odd that three people needed to wait on this one person. A man came out after about 10 min. and I said something to him, he jumped down my throat that I should have said something. By now I was becoming keenly aware that Air France has 0 customer service so I just kept my mouth shut. We had to run to catch our flight because of the antiquated way this airport gets you to your plane on a bus.
