Ethiopian Airways review by Christine 2016-04-01

This was my first time with ET. I flew round trip from LAX-DUB. I was a bit impressed when I checked-in at LAX, the service was fast, the agent is very friendly, helpful and very informative. However the service on board is the total opposite of what I had experienced at LAX check-in counter. The crew members are not friendly at all. There is no warm and welcoming feel to it. They're just there to do the job and get it out of the way. They bump into my seat and my elbow few times, they never said a word. Not a sorry, pardon me, or excuse me. There is no human interaction, no compassion or whatsoever. Also the plane is a bit filthy, specially the restrooms. The crew members didn't seem to care about cleanliness. The food is also terrible. I travel a lot, ET is definitely one of the worse airline I've had experienced. I will not recommend it and I will never fly them again.
