BEWARE!! I would give them negative stars if possible. They are absolute criminals, if you do not check in 2 hours before the flight they charge you 55 pounds per check in! Because their absolutely terrible website did not work, we missed our check in by 11 minutes while waiting in the “customer service” line. Not only was their customer service agent inept, she said their was nothing they could do regardless of if their website was shit and “serviced” us by charging us a fee to check in which was more than the cost of our flight. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They will find ways to charge you that end up costing you more than your flight, I assume this is how they make their money cause they are budget AF. I will never fly with them again, bunch of crooks.
