Volaris is the worst customer service. My parents schedule a flight last month. Everything was plan. 1 week later my father suffer from a Cva and hematoma on his head. He has been admitted to the hospital twice and still in the hospital right now in ICU. I call to cancel but their policy won't cancel flights. They could name or extend. They don't care if your relative is dying. I even try to pay if their was a cancellation fee they didn't even accept that. I ask to someone above the supervisor and they don't have no one not even give name or phone number in charge of them. Their the worst will never book with them again. EDITORS COMMENT: This is standard across the world's airlines if you are traveling on the cheapest non flexible fare. It wouldn't matter who you were traveling with the lack of flexibility would unfortunately be the same if you were on a non flexible fare.
