Economy Class

I am a rapid rewards member and called in with issues to my reservation. I usually only fly southwest but after my conversation with one of the Supervisors "Laqueda" she has made it very clear my business does not matter. She went in to say it is all my fault and was completely condescending as she was saying it and never even apologized for the issues I was having. I have always paid a little more to fly southwest but because of how they handle they're customers, I would stay far away from this airline.
