Why are the seats so cramped?! I'm 1.8m, and I find the seats too narrow with insufficient legroom. And this is from an airline that hails from a country known for tall people. I've sat in the refurbished plane. I am not impressed. The entertainment screen is not great and the seat is just as uncomfortable as the non-refurbished plane. The staff is usually OK. But on 2 flights in the the recent months, I found at least 1 steward/stewardess brusque. I had an aisle seat and I was jostled many more time by the stewards/stewardesses than other passengers. No, I was not "hanging out". And I am not able to sleep for extended periods. Best I managed was 1 hour plus naps.
