KLM review by Sarah 2017-04-16

I injured my knee just before a flight from Abu Dhabi to Amsterdam. A kind fellow passenger helped me get on the plane. Then the attendants helped me get to my seat, brought ice for my knee and generally took great care of me throughout the flight. They arranged to have me brought to the excellent First Aid Clinic at Schiphol where I was bandaged up enough to get me on my flight to New York. The genuine concern of the attendants and the airport staff helped ease the pain of the injury. This was my first KLM flight, and it won't be my last!
