Business Class

For the first time in my life airline lost my luggage. Air France has lost its ways completely. The planes are old, seats are ancient and even food is no longer good. The customer service defies any common sense. The agents I had to deal with are rude, incompetent and not truthful. Considering how large this company is and how important they are for European travel, this represents a really sad state of affairs for frequent travelers like me
