Overall a good airline but whoever decided that touch screens were a good idea was not thinking straight that day. Who on earth would you put a device on the back of a head rest that is tapped and pressed to operate!! I traveled from Melbourne to London with the back of my head receiving a sporadic tapping from the passenger behind. If you want to feel what it's like just get the person sitting next to you as you are reading this to rest their iphone against the back of your head while they write a text message. Now imagine that for hours on end. That's what it is line in these daft seats.
