Qatar Airways review by Margaret 2015-10-08

My husband and myself flew with Qatar from Warsaw /Doha/Perth western australia. We tried unsuccesfully to choose our meal preferences on line as my husband is diabetic and I am gluten intollerant. Their website was not locking in our choices and consequently we had very little food choice to consume and on board the flight crew had no alternative choices. We found the seats uncomfortably hard and not enough leg room . not sure if we would choose this airline again EDITORS COMMENT: I noticed your other review where you flew business - i have to be honest anytime you fly business and then economy the seats in will feel hard and small. the leg room on Qatar's flight son the above mentioned routes is actually the most generous but after business it would feel uncomfortable. As for the food im not sure what happened there as they are usually pretty good with this sort of thing- I'm sorry to hear they didn't cater for you appropriately .
