Etihad Airways review by Dianne 2015-08-27

We travelled from Australia to Europe via Abu Dhabi. The seats were no less uncomfortable than other airlines but the food was awful. One meal was inedible. The inflight entertainment was grainy on one flight and the range of movies was limited. We won't be travelling on Etihad again until they start using air bridges. Climbing up and down steps carrying luggage and being crushed standing in buses to get to the terminal was too much after long flights.
