was one of the passenger for flight OD2105 which suppose to fly from penang-KL on 23October 2015 at 3.45pm. Unfortunately the flight was cancelled due to technical issue. I was so disappointed about the arrangement. I was initially excited as I already booked my tour to travel to Beijing. I suppose to transit at KLIA2 to catch connection flight to Beijing. However the cancellation lead I missed my connection flight! My prebook tour also have to forfeit as well as my flight to & fro KL-Beijing and KL-PG. I realized that actually the captain had found out that there was technical problem on the right engine much earlier but he only announce after 1 hour after everybody had boarded. Then he said have to refer to the engineer to check on the problem After 45 minutes captain finally said that just problem with the monitor but was a false reassurance. We were dismiss later without further explanation. The ground staff take long to announce on the procedure of cancellation and was frustrated when was asked repeatedly. I had wrote in my complaint twice to [email protected] but with no response other than the alert on message sent. So terrible my entire experience.
