China Eastern review by Ron 2015-10-02

Having travelled twice in recent weeks with CEA in business class to and from Shanghai. The flight out from Heathrow was good, good food, good service and flat bed seats. The return journey was such a different experience. There were four European passengers, we were ignored for most of the flight. The Chinese passengers were demanding and got the attention of the crew. The flight was 30 minutes into an over 12 hour flight to be told they had no wine to serve with the meal. No vodka either. The food was stone cold. The seats were not full flat seats and most uncomfortable with metal work sticking out of them. My score 75% for the first flight 25% for the return.
