I know an air line cannot control the weather but if you fly Cathay Pacific the weather has nothing to do with the service. Flight inyo Hong Kong delayed 3 hours, one hour in the air one hour going around airport looking for a gate. one hour waiting for gate to be opened. Second part of flight delayed but no information given. No where to get any food or drink. No staff to assist even with bottled water. Paid for premium Econoy and got basic budget air line service. Seat is a economy seat but did have extra leg room. One meal served up was fish which was off and black, no other meal available.On making a complaint told that there would be vouchers for 100 Australian dollars issued for purchase of another flight.Travelled with the air line ten years ago and it was bad then but when you pay for [remium you expect it. will never travel on this air line again. I suggest you try another as well
