Malaysia Airlines review by T H 2013-10-11

I fly regularly on the BKI-KUL route. This is a 737-800 domestic and the level of service in the economy class is atrocious. It's worse than low cost carriers. Overall, Malaysia Airlines needs to take a hard look at their quality of service on domestic economy class. The cabin crews need to relearn that Malaysian Hospitality extends to all passengers.
