Malaysia Airlines review by Sam 2013-11-10

Flew from Perth to Hong Kong return. Not one of the four flights left on time. Flight from KL to HK was 3hrs late after they had switched aircraft before we boarded. Push back and electrics fail, have to disembark and wait 2hrs while they get a new plane. Food was decent and hot. Return leg was worse. Flight out of HK was 70min delayed causing us to miss our connection to Perth. Told before leaving HK that everything would be organised upon arrival in KL. Arrive to find that airline staff no nothing about this. Then asked us if we would be booking a hotel at our expense. They did pay for our stay in the KL airport hotel. The next day we got the morning flight home. Again a hour behind schedule. Would never fly again and recommend that anyone else use Singapore Airlines or Qantas for there trip
