Fantastic.The older fit out is a bit better than then newer. A lot of entiled middle class female ndians connecting and whinning about everything because not enough direct flights from india to australia. Had to assist the cabin crew in enforcing "seats upright", "electronic devices off", "window shades up". Perhaps the crew need to at times be more direct. The crew were great but some of the passengers!!!! Get on a wheelchair, and miracliously walk off the plane, try and switch seats and argue when they couldnt because the plane was fully booked, then creeply demand upgrades to business class they didnt pay for. Great airline, some horrid customers. EDITORS COMMENT: Thanks for the entertaining review - sounds like some demanding passengers. Thai economy is brilliant and that's why it won our best economy class award last year.
