Lufthansa review by Mark 2014-12-02

Generally positive experiences with LH, as I travel frequently with them in Europe and from Brussels to Bangkok. This review is focused on recent business class Brussels to Bangkok. Planes are relatively new, staff are well trained, pleasant and helpful. On long-haul flights, their food is good, with a good selection and tasty. Short-haul less so, with tasteless sandwiches and the like. Long-haul entertainment systems are good enough but not great Selection is good and VOD. Seats on long-haul business class are decent, lie-flat seats long enough for an average man. The one criticism I have of LH is their boarding procedure. It is uncontrolled and chaotic. Compared to airlines like SQ, I find this very surprising.
