Condor Flugdienst review by Eduarda 2017-01-16

We had a flight from Recife - Frankfurt that got delayed for 29 hours due to "technical problems", then we were put in the oldest plane they got, with no entertainment system, usb ports or anything which is unnaceptable for a long haul flight. And of course, when we got to our final destination, they had lost our luggages and couldn't care less about it. Almost impossible to talk to any customer service, and when you do, they say there's nothing they can do. It's cheaper than most flight companies but not worth the stress.
