Needed a quick flight from KL to Penang (train booked out). Spent the money and booked with Malaysian Airlines and upgraded to a Premium seat. When we boarded the flight the aircraft was very hot - obviously parked out in the sun, no airconditioning. It took most of the flight for the temperature to come down. Premium seat meant closer to front only, Same small size etc. Seat allocation was filled from the front, yet only half full, so nothing gained at all. Spoke to Hostie regarding the temperature of the aircraft on disembarking and got the blank smile.Sent email complaint to Malaysian Airlines regarding the temperature - no response. Bottom line, find an airline who cares.
