I had a connecting flight and my baggage from Australia to new Zealand to Huston was checked thu......I had to wait in the line to recheck my baggage for an hr........there was only two wickets open......unacceptable.......i got to the wicket and some of my luggage was over the allowable lmit by .5lbs to 1lbs over.........and I had to sit and take stuff out.......ur service is the pits
