Worst booking site i6 have ever had to deal with. Constantly tried to pay for changed bookings once we actually got it to work that was, then called their customer service dept to pay -since that part failed 6 times- and they couldn't speak English so got our card number wrong and tried to insult us about insufficient funds! Once we have endured this trip to the end will never choose this airline again. Agreed about poor food and poor inflight services too.
