Very uncomfortable flight from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur. The seats were too rigid, the headrest got in the way and I didn't even want to touch the food I had ordered as it was not appetising at all (on the way back they gave me a different meal to what I had ordered). What added to the bad experience was the Kuala Lumpur airport which is a maze! Customer service is pretty good though. If you are willing to save money and can get comfortable in any situation for 8 hours this is for you, but otherwise I do not recommend the airline by any means.
