The aircraft was in bad condition with toilet having no soap, seats in bad condition and tray table with cracks. There is no food provided for babies, no kid stuff to make them busy. Luckily i was carrying food and crayons and other stuff to make my baby busy through the long 15 hr flight. The crew was extremely helpful. Personal thanks to the cabin crew : Karan Sharma, Shivam Sharma and Sunil Jangid. I would recommend this flight as we have so helpful crew members.
