Delta provided excellent service in my return trip from Richmond Va to San Antonio TX. My son had broken his leg while on vacation and Delta not only provided excellent seating and transport accommodations for him, the also provided accommodations for the rest of the family so that the rest of the family could accompany my son who had the broken leg. Each leg of the trip (we had a lay over in Atlanta) had the same level of service with Delta agents going the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I wanted to be sure to thank everyone for making what could have been a stressful trip back home very pleasant.
