Garuda Indonesia review by Muhammad Yusuf 2016-09-12

As my flag carrier I have to admit that this is the best airline in Indonesia. None of its competitor can reach its status. Though I had experience some safety issue last year, when my baby's safety belt not being assisted carefully by the flight attendant. Filed a complaint and they response quite interesting. But to compete in International carrier they have to increase their service satisfaction.
