Like others have said... always late and their staff are just rude... they have become a Chinese airline with Chinese service. Also as others have said you may get your seats reassigned. It happened to us in premium economy because just like they always do they changed aircraft last minute. As a result they reissued boarding passes and told us we couldn't sit together. With attitude like this and uncaring staff on board going through the motions you may as well fly Air China. Whatever you do don't book premium economy.. with so few seats chances are you will get reassigned with equipment changes and shouted at if you signal disconent.
