Customer service is non existent, don't blame the employee, it seems to be corporate policy. Sat twice in a plane with no AC when temperature outside was about 95 degrees. When check in booth at the airport malfunctions on Volaris and they ask you to see an agent they want to charge you. Has various issues with them and when you ask for a supervisor they are "in a meeting". Will not fly again with this airline. I would like to remind management of the following airlines that are not in business, aviacsa, taesa, Mexicana, Azteca and aero California. They are no longer in the market not because of lack of passengers, but because of poor service.
