I had a terrible experience. I had a problem with the immigration form in mexico city and my flight never left me. When I went to their counter at mexico city airport to reschedule a flight - the agents at the areomexico counter was rude and told me that I have to book a new flight to NY. My flight did not leave yet and they told me I cannot get that flight anymore. I had to book a new flight with Delta to return to NY. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received.
