Flight to Honolulu cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice,due to engineering issues supposedly on their brand new Dreamliner,most likely cause original flight hadn't sold enough seats Jetstar's response "I can rebook you tomorrow take it or leave it" The next flight 24 hours later was completely full, people separated from travelling companions just shoved anywhere basically,Crew were practically non-existent for the entire flight. But the issue is the lack of responsibility that Jetstar take when cancelling flights,wouldn't it be better to fly only 3 times a week to ensure full flights and have a good reputation. Budget Airline=Budget Service better to pay a little extra and avoid the stress. The reason they get away with this a) Jetstar does not guarantee it will be able to carry you and your Baggage in accordance with the scheduled date and time of the flights specified. Schedules may change without notice for a range of reasons including but not limited to bad weather air traffic control delays ,strikes, technical disruptions and late inbound aircraft. Flight times do not form part of your contract of carriage with us.
