My flight got cancelled and after claiming a refund again and again, they refused to provide any refund !!!! After a 2 hours delayed flight last week, Easyjet finally decided to take us to the gate pretending there was actually a flight ready for us. Then they told us the flight was cancelled and they would try to provide a replacement for the next day, which never happened..... They also sent us emails and text messages apologizing and assuring us that they would refund the flight ticket and our expenses. So after booking myself a bus to go from London to Marseille I logged in onto their website and applied for the ticket refund and applied for the expenses refunds. And so they emailed me back explaining that the event was out of their control due to storms and so they could not reimburse me.
