Took a flight between HK and S'pore with Scoot on Nov. As an introvert man, I don't think that they have a poor attitude (I only care if it's safe and have no disgusting meals; if they're rude, I won't talk a xxxk with them). Didn't go for web check. No call center involved. No delays. As an LCC, it's usual that F&B should be paid, and I don't find that some criticisms towards this airlines sound. At least not the worst airline I've encountered. The meal (nasi lemak, otak-otak and a can of green tea) is okay. The only unsatisfied part is that I have to ask a crew member to get my immigration card in my flight to S'pore . EDITORS COMMENT: They are a very good airline for a low cost carrier. IN fact we awarded them our best low cost airline asia pacific award in the last two years.
