Wizz review by William 2015-12-29

Flew from London Luton to Warsaw Chopin. Took the smallest cabin bag I had with nearly nothing in it and was horrified to learn it was classified as a "large" cabin bag so far as WizzAir was concerned and it was going to cost me £30 extra (bizarrely a different cost to the information given on their web pages). It seems to me this airline has its priorities inverted - certainly giving customers a pleasant experience from start to finish isn't on their menu at all. Would recommend to avoid in favour of a "proper" airline or a low cost carrier that's learned to value their customers e.g. Easyjet.
