Turkish Airlines review by Mohammad

Turkish Airlines denied me boarding at Istanbul airport and made me buy another ticket with the cancellation fee, no show penalty and price differences , even though I had a confirmed round ticket. When I leave a feedback on their website, their response is that I was late for boarding, but I wasn't. I went to the check-in counter with my family and they had to go on the plane without me. I was separated from my family due to the airline ticket issues. It was a huge harassment for the full family. This is all definitely a result of multiple systems failures, customer services failures, severe lack of security and responsibility on the part of Turkish airlines.
