Very disappointed in their customer service. They are very misleading when you purchase a ticket, then when you want to chat with them, there is no response whatsoever. Even worse, when you make a claim of an employee entering and taking what is in your bags, they could care less about taking care of their customers. I wouldn't fly with them again. First experience flying with them...and this is all it takes!
