Travelled from Singapore to Melbourne on 2nd May 2016 and I can't fault Scoop. We checked in 6 hours before departure and all of the staff were so helpful. They took our luggage and provided me with a wheelchair, (which I hadn't requested), but the check-in assistant knew that I had a problem, and she went so out of her way to get a wheelchair for me. I just cannot recommend Scoot enough for future travellers. You certainly get more than you pay for. Very well done Scoot. I was very very impressed.
