China Airlines (CA) lost my luggage and Alaska wasn't even responsible for helping me get it but they still did! CA was virtually impossible to get a hold of, they lost all of my info multiple times and they would never call me back. When I enlisted Alaska's help, they would follow up with me, keep me updated, kept records, and eventually were the ones that were able to retrieve my luggage! They rock!
