This airline is definitely one of the most disrespecting customer service I have ever encountered, and this airline has caused more annoyance that anything in this world, so even if you have a valid refund condition and might consider cancelling your trip do not fly Airasia X. I was doing a refund process through submitting an online form. They did not provide any information for weeks and when I came forward the live chat representative replied sorry the information was incorrect and asked me to submit it again. When I called up the reception was horrible, the representative requested I call back and when I did the calling hours passed. So if you require over the phone and/or live chat assistance don't fly with Air Asia X, because they will give you no good assistance. EDITORS COMMENT: Been through it myself - it's not easy!
