Worst than budget airlines! Staff were definitely not friendly at all. I can understand the cramped seats or the fact it has fewer meals for a 15 hr flight but staff service is disappointing. They wouldn't even look at you even after you've called for their attention. I'm sure they are not overworked as the flight to London I was on was almost empty.
