Economy Class

Absolutely dissatisfied and fed up with Jetstar. I have had numerous cancelled flights however this time I have had enough. On 25/12/2015 I was set to depart from Melbourne from 7:40 and arrive in Adelaide at 8:40. Now if the plane is delayed by 10, 20 even 30 minutes I have come to expect this from Jetstar but when I get to the airport at 6:15 PM I find out the the flight has been delayed until 9:15 so I won't be arriving into Adelaide until after 10!!! No warning no SMS no nothing I had to go and ask at the service desk to find out. I knew I made a mistake booking with Jetstar but though that maybe this time my worries would not be validated. BIG MISTAKE. I will no longer be flying with Jetstar I don't care how much more I have to pay to go with Virgin but this has been validated. Merry Christmas Jetstar...
