We booked four seats out of which three seats had faulty tv screens crew members said they cant fix the problem. crew members never turn up to your seat if you call for assistance, after serving meals crew members disappear and refuse to serve you anything instead they point you to a corner where drinks are put for passengers to self serve themselves. poorest service we have ever come across in life. The staff are rude, un welcoming and un professional.
