Very poor! Firstly we had waited 30mins.for the wheelchair to arrive. Secondly no priority to wheelchair guest during boarding. I had to flag it twice before they let us in. Thirdly i had called before our flight and requested for seats to be together since my mom needs extra care but we still ended sitting separately.
