Vietjet is certainly the worst airline ever. I have problems every single time I fly with them. Staffs don't have a thorough knowledge about coding thus the checkin process is really slow when something unexpected happened. They have poor customer service and delay a lots. And the price at the end is not cheap comparing to other airlines
