Terrible airline. Our flight time was changed from 7:30pm to 5:30pm. We arrived at the airport at 3:30pm to find out the flight had been changed to 8:55pm which meant we would be arriving in Ho Chi Minh very late - not optimal for travelling with kids who have to get up for an international flight at 6:30am the next morning. There was no one at the JetStar counter to answer our questions. It seems they offer a variety of flights and then switch everyone to one or two flight times to avoid flying with less than full airplanes. Bait and switch without regard for the customer. You have to pay for everything, including a glass of water on the flight.
